1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving acknowledgement from our team via phone or WhatsApp. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability until confirmed by us.

2. Pricing & Fare Structure

One-way trips: Minimum 130 km billed regardless of actual distance for outstation trips.
Round trips: Minimum 250 km/day.
Local packages: Sedan — minimum 1 hr / 10 km (₹350). SUV/Innova — minimum 2 hrs / 20 km (₹1,100).
Airport transfers: Sedan flat ₹750 within 15 km; ₹20/km beyond. SUV flat ₹1,100 within 15 km; ₹25/km beyond.
Driver bata: ₹400/day for Sedan, SUV & Innova.
Night charges: ₹300 extra for trips between 11 PM – 5 AM.
Toll, parking & interstate permits are charged at actuals and communicated before departure.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation: Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup time for city & local rides.
Outstation / tour packages: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
Late cancellations (within 4 hours) may attract a cancellation charge equivalent to one day's minimum fare.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged separately.
Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, natural events, government restrictions or any other factors beyond our control.
